Bokkie is the most popular item within our Vinyl collection. A “bonded leather,” meaning, the construction of this product contains a poly-cotton bonding cloth within its center layer, giving Bokkie its’ upholstery strength. The top layer is the Polyurethane coated surface, embossed with a skin-grain / leather effect, and the bottom layer comprises leather fibers on the reverse. Bonded leather is a popular substitute for corrected grain leather, as it is more cost effective, available in an exciting variety of colours and is sold per linear meter off the roll as opposed to the square meters on a natural leather hide.  Having a reliable, flawless surface ensures less wastage and continuity of colour consistency, making Bokkie an excellent choice for ongoing contract work as well as a strong choice for residential use. With a wipeable PU surface, it is relatively easy to keep Bokkie clean, wiping with a clean damp cloth, occasionally adding mild liquid soap to freshen up. Cleaning products containing “Ammonia” must be avoided, as this will cause the PU surface to weaken and perish.
